Traineeships

Mandatory CPD
Compulsory Professional Development:
A 3 point CPD course that must be completed every year by every licensed and registered Property Manager, Sales Representative and Licensee.
Elective CPD
7 points must be done yearly of the choosing of the participant. We have these online and face to face. We also bundle the mandatory and elective together and offer a value for money course.
Qualifications
To become a licensee, you need to complete a Diploma and Cert IV in Real Estate Practice. We also offer Registration Courses for Property Management and Sales Representatives.
