TRAINEESHIPS

Aspire Performance Training is proud to be able to offer Traineeship pathways for the development of new employees.

Traineeships are a great way to combine training with work, enabling you to have a job while you complete training towards a nationally recognised qualification.

Federal Incentive – Effective from 1/7/2022

  • FULL-TIME TRAINEES:   $1,750 at 6 months and $1,750 at 12 months.
  • PART-TIME TRAINEES:   $850 at 6 months and $850 at 12 months.

State-based incentive affective from 1/7/2019

  • For Certificate III in Real Estate Practice (This qualification is for sales reps, admin staff, reception staff etc.) Total of $2,125 – $1,062.50 paid at 6 months and $1,062.50 paid on completion.
  • Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice. This qualification is for Property Managers and Assistant Property Managers. A total of $4,250 – $2,125 is paid at 6 months and $2,125 is paid in the computation. 

What to do if you want to apply

  1. Contact an Australian Apprenticeship Support Network (AASN) provider
    https://www.australianapprenticeships.gov.au/search-aasn

    The AASN will determine a time to meet with you to sign up your trainee. From this date, it may take anywhere from 2-6 weeks for Aspire to receive the government contract.


  2. Contact Aspire once you have signed up with an AASN.
    Please advise us once you have signed up with the AASN and when we receive your trainee’s contract, we will commence the enrolment process.

Do you know the difference between a ‘New’ and ‘Existing Worker’, when applying for incentives?

A NEW worker to your company is someone employed less than 3 months full time, or less than 12 months casual or part time, they will need to be part time or full time to undertake the traineeship.

Am EXISTING worker is someone who has worked more than 3 months in your company full time or more than 12 months part time/casual.

The Aspire Model

We offer the Full CPP31519 Certificate III in Real Estate Practice with 8 extra units. This is a  combined model to meet education requirements to complete the DMIRS requirements in WA.
18 months to complete the course.

CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice – Traineeship Brochure

We offer the full CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice for 18 months (Providing an unrestricted Registration and also meets part of the requirement to become a licensee in future).

The property manager can complete the Property Management registration units first to apply, and then complete the full qualification.
 18 months to complete the course.

CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice – Traineeship Brochure

We offer the Full CPP31519 Certificate III in Real Estate Practice with 7 extra units. This is a  combined model to meet education requirements to complete the DMIRS requirements in WA.

We offer the full BSB30120 Certificate III in Business or the BSB40120 Certificate IV in Business for 12 months.

These qualifications are offered with no property units, meaning staff will not be registered with DMIRS.
