This course is designed to give participants involved in residential real estate an introduction and insight into commercial. Many are coming from a mainly residential field and with the tightening of the market, are looking at opportunities to either sell or manage commercial/industrial/retail properties. The course will be delivered in two parts, with this part focused on awareness and the second 3.5CPD session focussed on correct implementation.
